You are required to utilize Vuka's bartenders and beverage service if you are going to be serving alcohol at your event. You are able to provide your own alcohol. Vuka will simply provide the staff and all of the other items you will need! Though we provide a selection of referral options, you are free to bring in whichever vendors you please.
As per all venues in the city...
The City of Austin Sound Ordinance requires all music at Vuka Venues to be played inside only.
Sound needs to be at a level where no more than 70 decibels can be heard from the street. In Austin, all DJs generally remain well within the sound limit and most bands can play within the limit as well.
All Vuka venues have a projector, speakers, microphone and soundboard available for use. We do not have additional A/V equipment on site. You are welcome to bring additional equipment to use at your event.

The venue will be set up with our in-house furniture and accessories throughout the space.
You can utilize any and all furniture and accessories we have on site for your event and may re-arrange however you would like. We require space to be reset at the end of your event.
Of course! You can customize the space to your needs, providing that any existing decor is not damaged in the process. However, please do not hang anything that will puncture the wall. You are free to use all existing decor that is available on the day of the event, as long as it is reset to its original location at the end of your event.
Please do not throw any glitter, confetti, rice, bird seed, flowers, or other accessories at your event.
Additional time can be added per hour, provided the entire event does not continue past 11:00 pm at Vuka Bouldin Creek and 2:00 am at Vuka North Loop.
For reference, a full day rental is 10 hours.
Vuka Bouldin Creek is available for event rentals 7 days a week. Vuka North Loop is available for weekday events all-day and full-day weekend rentals.
Book your event here! Securing your date is simple. To reserve your date, we will need the first half of the rental fee along with the contract up front. The second half of the rental fee will be due 120 days prior to the event date. Once you have received the contract and an invoice for the first half of the rental fee, you will have ten days to return those to us to hold your reservation. We will also keep your credit card information on file in case of any property damage, but we do not require a security deposit.
